Metal casting (casting) process is one of the techniques of making Iron Products and Crafts where the metal is melted in a melting furnace and then poured into a mold cavity similar to the original shape of the cast product to be made. As a manufacturing process that uses liquid metal and molds, casting is used to produce the original shape of the finished product.

Boiler is a tool that serves to heat water by using heat from the combustion of fuel, the heat of the combustion results then flowed into water to produce steam (water vapor that has a high temperature).

One of the Parts in the boiler is DUST COLLECTOR, where the function of the dust collector is to collect the residual particles of fuel combustion in the boiler kitchen that is still carried by the air, before the air is released into the environment, usually through the dust collector so that the air coming out of the chimney / Chimney it's cleaner because a lot of dirt has been filtered / trapped in the Dust Collector.

The dust collector design can be diverse, and one of them is using a Vane / Steering fan and Cone Dust Collector made from CAST IRON material, where the dirty exhaust air is flowed through the Vane and cone dust collector and because of the centrifugal force and the formation between particles dirt to the body of the dust collector cone, then the dirt particles will fall and be accommodated under the dust collector for disposal.

Due to collision / friction of dirt / particles of dirt into the Cone Dust Collector, then over time this Body cone dust collector can wear out eroded and leak so it needs to be replaced.
